Charlottes 3 Minute Belly BlitzThe Geordie Shore star and star of “The Charlotte Crosby Experience” has come up with a cracking DVD with ‘Charlotte’s 3 minute Belly Blitz’. After being snapped on the beach with her ‘triple ripple’ belly she decided that enough was enough and set about shifting it.

The 3 Minute Belly Blitz was developed as a direct result by Richard Callender who you might remember was the trainer behind the UK version of “The Biggest Loser” show. In fact she managed to shift 2 1/2 stone and shrink by 4 dress sizes as a result of this. You too can lose up to 5 pounds a week with these routines.

The 3 Minute Belly Blitz disk contains 12 workouts of 3 minutes each designed to work you through high intensity routines that will soon have you dripping with sweat and remember, “Sweat is just fat crying!!”.

Along with Charlotte Crosby and Richard, there is also David Souter who shows the less able and less fit ones amongst us how to still workout with modified easier versions of the routines that the others are doing. There are also warm up and cool down routines that are about 7 minutes in duration each that need to be completed before and after your workout session.

The 3 minute high intensity workouts have fast fat loss moves that are designed to turn on your body’s fat burners to start working quickly. To start with you might struggle to complete 1 of the 3 minute workouts, but the idea behind the course is that once you master one workout then you can start to double up and even aim to do all 12 in one session!

So What’s on the disc?

The 3 Minute Belly Blitz  workouts are varied in exactly what they do, but contain the following as the main focus:

Round 1: Boxing

Round 2: Lunges & Squats

Round 3: Boxing & Spotty Dogs

Round 4: Pushups

Round 5: Cardio work – Skips & Jumps

Round 6: Pushups, Climbers & Crunches

Round 7: Cardio work – Kick Boxing

Round 8: Squats and Lunges

Round 9: HITT workout – Skipping, Squats, Ice Skating & Heel Flicks

Round 10: Pushups, Squat Thrusts & Lunges

Round 11: Lunges, Ski Jumps, Speed ball & Jesters

Round 12: Leg Lifts & Gluts workout

There is an Extra ab workout on the disk to give those Abs and extra 10 minutes of pounding!

The disk also contains a healthy eating plan to help in your weight loss regime as working out will not work as well if you are still eating badly. However, this does look a little limited compared to other workout disks.

The one point to mention is that Charlotte Crosbys 3 Minute Belly Blitz provides an explanation of the moves etc at the beginning of each workout which is very handy in the early days, but as you get better with the routines these can start to become a bit tedious. However, if you are trying to do a number of the workouts one after the other then this could be used as a handy rest period before you go again. Some have complained that the camera angles are not always very helpful in fully showing the range of moves required.


Overall though, this has proved to be a very popular disk and is recommended for both novices and reasonably fit people looking to blitz that fat!
